Sorry for long time dint upload blog because person incharge of uploading are busy in assignment, test, and applying School.

Welll, Our activities still going on, we have our first site visit to Putrajay City at 4th of Feb 2010. We have visited putrajaya international convention centre, purtrajaya mousqe, and putrajaya street. Members who join this event including sem1, sem2, and sem3 student. JPA students are also invited to join this event. Total people joined are 58 people and 2 lecturer.

We also have our gathering night at 9th of Feb 2010 which is a BBQ party. All member can enjoy free food and special time for build up relation. Total people joined are around 50 people.

CSR BUILDING MATERIALS SITE VISIT

OBJECTIVE :
The CSR AAC Building System is a truly high-tech alternative to traditional building method and is cost effective.

PRODUCT

CSR AAC THERMOBLOCKS
These can be used for internal and external, load bearing and non-load bearing walls. Minimum block dimension thickness is 100mm for internal wall and 125mm for external walls. For load bearing applications, minimum wall thickness is 150mm subject to design calculations.

CSR AAC PANELS
These reinforced load bearing panels can be used for floors, walls or roof.

CSR AAC LINTELS
AAC lintels are available in a range of sizes to cover most common sizes openings for doors and windows. CSR AAC Lintels are designed for a minimum o f 150mm support at both ends.

Function
* to promote and stimulate the development, improvement and expansion of the construction industry;
* to advise and make recommendations to the Federal Government and the State Government on matters affecting or connected with the construction industry;
* to promote, stimulate and undertake research into any matter relating to the construction industry;
* to promote, stimulate and assist in the export of service relating to the construction industry;
* to provide consultancy and advisory services with respect to the construction industry;
* to promote quality assurance in the construction industry;
* to encourage the standardization and improvement of construction techniques and materials;
* to initiate and maintain a construction industry information system;
* to provide promote, review and coordinate training programs organized by public and private construction training centres for skilled construction.
* to accredit and register contractors and to cancel, suspend or reinstate the registration of any registered contractor; and
* to accredit and certify skilled construction workers and construction site supervisors.
